Darksiders - Cast Upon War

This is a shot from an in-game cinematic where a Tortured Gate's spell is cast upon War. I set up and designed the effects for the energy streaks, distortion, sparks, radial blur, and post processing. The effect textures were a combination of my work and the VFX team's asset library.
