I was the VFX Lead for the Forerunner Campaign Missions on Halo 5. This is from the last mission and is part of the 'End of Game' sequence I worked on. I set up and designed the effects and related textures sets for the Player sequence. I created the Guardian energy pulses, shock waves, distortion, lens flares, screen effects, radial blur, HUD screen damage, glitches, chromatic shifts, and Cryptum shield energy.
The Slipspace Portal effect in the sky was done by another artist utilizing my Forerunner energy and general lens flare texture sets.
